Sect. 6 Credit check by klarna
If you decide for Klarnas payment services Klarna bill and Klarna hire-purchase as payment option, you consented that we have raised at Klarna the following personal data necessary for the completion of the bill purchase and an identity and a credit rating like first and last name, address, date of birth, sex, email address, IP-address, telephone number as well as the data necessary for the completion of the bill purchase, which stand in connection with the order like the number of the articles, article number, invoice amount and taxes in percent. The transmission of these data takes place, so that Klarna can provide a bill for the completion of your purchase with the bill completion wished by you and would drive through an identity and a credit rating. Klarna has a justified interest in the transmission of the personal data of the buyer in accordance with the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG, Federal Law for Data Protection) and needs these, in order to catch up with credit agencies for the purpose of the identity and credit rating information. In the context of the decision over the reason, execution or completion of the contractual relationship Klarna raises and uses information apart from an address examination also to the past payment history of the buyer as well as probability values to this behavior in the future. The calculation of these score values by Klarna is accomplished on basis of a scientifically recognized mathematically statistic procedure. In addition Klarna will use among other things also your address data. If the result of this calculation is that your credit-worthiness is not given Klarna will inform you immediately about this.
Revocation of the use of personal data towards Klarna:
1. You are entitled to recall your consent at any time for the use of the personal data towards Klarna. However Klarna remains further justified to process, to use and to convey the personal data, if this is necessary for the contractual payment process by Klarnas services, if it is legally prescribed, or if it is demanded by a court or an authority.
2. You can receive information at any time over the personal data stored by Klarna of course. This right guarantees the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG, Federal Law for Data Protection). If you should wish this as a buyer or if you like to communicate any changes concerning the stored data to Klarna, then you can turn to firstname.lastname@example.org
